Always have to sign in now

Today, again, touch-ID was turned off and I was forced to sign in again. Why? Then when I log in, I have to reset my settings for Touch ID and the widget in both of my Discover credit card login accounts and also in my Discover bank account login. Thats 3 accounts and so annoying. Why does Touch ID keep not working about once a week or sometimes every other week?

Buggy version, or iOS?

I keep having to sign-in and re-enable Touch ID. Its getting old.

Card & Bank apps

It would be nice to be able to manage your bank accounts and discover card all in the same portal like most banks, opposed to having to sign into discover bank and discover card separately. Also make it easier to transfer money to other bank accounts.

Cannot change password

I cannot use the app because I do not have my password, and I cannot change my password because the app freezes on the new password screen every time. Also if you enter a review here and the nickname is already taken, it closes your review and makes you re-enter the whole thing.

Great app

I love this app! Its really easy to keep track of my credit purchases as well as manage my cash back balances. I love that I get to keep track of my FICO score with each statement as well. I find the interface to be a good experience. Theres been a few instances where an update logged me out, but thats been rare and my only annoyance.

UpdTe ruined the app

The app was fine previously, but the recent update has taken away the ability to log in with Touch ID and with the 4-digit PIN I created with the app I dont remember my old login info and I got rid of my card, so I cannot reset my password so the app is worthless now

Whats Going On?

Ive had the app on my phone since 2015. Recently, I reset my phone and had to re-download the app. Im not able to download the app now because the download button is constantly stuck on "stop".

This is the best mobile app that I have seen when it comes to banking apps. Its very capable. You can do pretty much anything that you need to do and it is very reliable. Great job Discover!

Frustrating

I have used this app for a long time with no trouble. Now it keeps telling me that my device is having issues connecting. It doesnt matter if Im on wifi or 4G. I have no trouble with other apps. I deleted it and downloaded it again, but it just keeps telling me that!

Designed for the card, doesnt work for the bank

App doesnt take my log-in from Discover Bank, asks for credit card details to authenticate. So: no card means useless app. How can a major financial organization be that lame?

Passcode/finger print reset

The app randomly turns off my passcode and finger print scan and I have to manually type in my info, then have to re-enable them. It gets rather annoying!!!!

Keeps erasing log in credentials

Quite frequently, the app will reset and I have to manually sign back in, turn on passcode login, Touch ID, and the widget. Then discover sends me 4 or 5 emails saying someone is changing my account because Im having to re-enable all of the above features. This is getting to be a problem...

Annoying

Stop making me verify all my accounts every single time I need to login. No way around it...

Great app, besides....

This app is great and easy to use to check balances and make transfers. My main issue with it though is that EVERY TIME its updated, it changes all my settings so I have to go back and enable widgets, my passcode and touchID. Thats pretty annoying.

Was 5, but my Touch ID is gone!

Touch ID is gone after the most recent update. Please fix!!

Lost Credentials

Honestly, if the app didnt keep losing my credentials over and over again I wouldnt have any problem with it. Fix this.

Great App in general - a little buggy lately

I really do like this app. I use it for banking and it makes my life so much easier. But every so often it seems to remove my ability to use fingerprint access (which is one of my favorite things!). And I have to go through the albeit slight hassle of reauthorizing it.

Re-login....down for maintenance...repeat

Every few days, the app requires me to login again - its as if Touch ID/passcode were never configured, and Im logging in for the first time again. Worse yet, when this happens, I have to reconfigure my app settings (QuickView, Siri, Touch ID, passcode, etc). Also, I CONSTANTLY get errors due to "maintenance" or "services unavailable". Like, my god, its literally 8:15PM CST as Im writing this and the app is down for maintenance. What company does system maintenance at 8PM?! Very annoying.

Straightforward and easy

Only features I can think of that I would like are details on what each payment amount option mean and a spend analyzer like what is on the web. Otherwise its a nice and clean app.
