Discover bank/discover card

I am both a discover bank and a discover card user. Sadly, the app (and website) require me to log out of the bank to view the card and then log back out of the card to view the bank. This is not helpful. There are many features that I enjoy about the app but if I cant see both sides at the same time then discover needs two apps so that both sides can stay logged in.

Tag Pending Transactions - Please add!

Please add ability to tag pending transactions. I dont like having to review my account 2-3 days later to tag a transaction. Thanks!

"Used to be good"

They have ruined the app and was such a pain to get re-setup again with credentials, passcodes, and a ton of text verification. It wouldve of been nice to have merged accounts as optional, now we do not have a choice. I feel this brings a bit more vulnerability to have my bank and cc merged. Ive had my cc replaced twice already in less than a year, and probably at least 3 times in the past couple due to people having access to my cc. Sure lets make it easier to get to the $$$ in my bank acct as well.

Every update I have to setup again, why?!?

Every time app updates I have to setup passcode and touchID. I really like Discover but this gets really annoying

More than one Discover account

I would like to be able to access BOTH of my Discover card accounts on (an/the) app. Right now only the one is accessible and for the other I have to go through the online internet sign-in hassle. Come on Discover. Figure out a way that your loyal card customers can easily keep track of purchases on BOTH accounts. It is to you benefit. We are trying to watch for fraudulent use.

Everything I need and want!

Update: The new account combination features in the latest update are a lifesaver--thank you! Works perfectly for everything that I need on a daily basis.(Checking my balance, FICO score, paying off my balance, etc) TouchID works brilliantly and makes logging in a breeze. I also appreciate how many options I get when it comes to alerts. This is a fine example of how a banking/credit card app should function.

Great app and great bank

Love this app for both the credit card and savings account functionality. They take good care of their customers and have had no problems in the last 8 months using this app.

I only really use this app to check my balance, I dont think I have ever made payments on it yet. But it never crashes and is easy to log into!

App is functional but Discover has back-end IT integration issues

The app is pretty good. Generally speaking, most things work within the app. But if you attempt to use the app to interface with your Discover Bank capabilities and your credit card, youll find things intermittently broken and more than a few "your request could not be completed" messages- especially when interacting with the banking side of your accounts. Its a shame. Because I like Discover. But their banking presence is built on top of a virtualized presence and when the electronics have glitches, you realize other banks may be more attractive because you can stroll in and see a person. Here, you have to call- and sometimes the service reps you talk to cant fix your issue, either. Sad. Come on Discover, fix your infrastructure!

It is not being able to update. Each time it stops at middle pf updating

Froze It Option Change

Please Move The Freeze It Option Back Where it Was.Or Add it In Another Location.Every Since The Last Update You Guys Made By Moving The Freeze It Option Under The Activate And Manage Bar I Cant Even Get To The Freeze It Option Without Getting error message Saying We Could not Process your Request.And I figured out why I Get That Error Message.The Reason is Because I Have A Fraud Alert on my Credit Record And Accessing The option Thinks As If I Want to order another card When instead I Just Want To Freeze And Unfreeze My Card.So I Really Want The Freeze It Option in another Area Of The App As Well As The Computer.It Is Important For Customers Like Myself To Be Able To Utilize That Feature Thank You.

Nice app

I have a few financial apps and this is one of my favorites. Its nicely done and I like the additional features for Apple Watch and quick view. Ive not had any crashes or issues. It does ask me to verify via text message fairly often when I try to log into Discover bank, but that could be intentional, as a security feature.

I just updated the app and now it keeps crashing?

No problems...

I have had a Discovercard for 16 years and they always take care of their customers. I have never had any issues with their app.

It was good.....

...until it wiped out all of my stored banking institution information with the latest update. Nothing like spending valuable time re-inputing info they already have....
