The app is pretty good. Generally speaking, most things work within the app. But if you attempt to use the app to interface with your Discover Bank capabilities and your credit card, youll find things intermittently broken and more than a few "your request could not be completed" messages- especially when interacting with the banking side of your accounts. Its a shame. Because I like Discover. But their banking presence is built on top of a virtualized presence and when the electronics have glitches, you realize other banks may be more attractive because you can stroll in and see a person. Here, you have to call- and sometimes the service reps you talk to cant fix your issue, either. Sad. Come on Discover, fix your infrastructure!
