You know its bad when it wont even let you get set up to use it. I try to register, put in my info, then it says I need to select a method for it to send me some type of authorization code, but doesnt list any options. No way that I can see around it, so as far as I can tell this app it tantamount to garbage for new users.

I literally just downloaded this app and it refuses to work if you need to create a login. Every time you fill out all your info and click next, an unknown error pops up every single time... Whats up with that? I need to make a login!!!!!!!

Great app and service!

Im also unable to creat an account on this app. It keeps saying they cant do it at this time. Ive been tried 10 times in 2 weeks so far. Not sure why this issue hasnt been solved already. Im not happy with the first impression I got with the costumer support.

For months, Ive been unable to log in using the app, but can log in fine on the website. I get an error: "Were sorry ... Some of our app features are unavailable at this time. We sincerely apologize for this temporary inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue." No youre not, Discover; dont lie. Just fix it or tell me what is wrong. And, no, deleting and reinstalling the app doesnt help. I tried.

Tired of copy/paste Release Notes that tell us nothing. It requires my bandwidth, battery power, and time. Why should I? No release notes? 1 star

I have a lot of banking apps on my phone for personal and business - this is by far the best! The pin login is genius, making a payment is simple, and quickly grabbing an account snapshot is easier then chat! Cant wait so see what you come up with next.

This is an full featured app that just keeps getting better. I have one request; please put the Touch ID log-in button back where it was in previous versions, in the bottom left corner of the keypad (where clear currently resides).

Very pleased with the app. I am able to everything I need to efficiently and from my cell. App prompted to enable passcode and Apple fingerprint showed that Discover prioritizes convenience and efficiency for its customers. 5 stars.

This app is great however, very frustrating that I have to update to their newest version every month! Eventually got annoyed and deleted it.

The title says it all.

The one star to hopefully get discovers attention. Every time I logon to my Discover account from my iPhone, I always have to instal the newest update before I can see anything. Not a big deal except it happens every single month. Its annoying. As far as the app itself goes and my accessibility to everything, I would give it five stars.

I had only one credit card that I used for over 15 years. I was complaining to a friend about how difficult it was to pay my MasterCard bill online when he showed me this app. I immediately got a Discover card and its the only card I use now all because of this app. The interest rate is a little higher on my Discover but since I rarely carry a balance it doesnt even matter. I can make a payment in under a minute and check my balance in even less time. Discover has a new customer for life!

App gets four stars for just being a solid banking app. What pushes it up to five for me is the ability to chat, essentially text, with a representative. Yes, they are not always available but wait a few minutes and youll find its hands down the best way to deal with any customer service. Not only are they extremely helpful, but its like texting with someone you know. Please keep adding bandwidth for this service!!!

This app is the best. When I lost my credit card, I was able to freeze it from my phone until I found it. Need to call customer service? Theres a button for that in the app. Want to check your statement? A PDF will load inside the app as well. Touch ID? Check. Simple passcode? Check. The best app for any credit card out there.

I love that there is an app for my card. Its organization is not intuitive but it gives you what you need.

This is by far the best bank out there...everything Ive wanted in a bank. One small request for possible future updates to the website and/or app, could you possibly add a alerts function that can alert us to transactions etc? That would be great. Keep up the great work

I plan to stay with discover because of how much I like the app.
